When you purchase goods from our Site, the goods will be delivered through one of the following methods:
Digital Products
Digital goods (ebooks and affirmation cards) are delivered instantly by email or dashboard. PLEASE NOTE: These will be shipped to the email address you entered at checkout. Please check this email address and your spam folder if you do not receive the email within 3 minutes.
I can’t find my download notification email.
First, check your spam or junk inbox. If you use Gmail, also check your Social and Promotions tabs.
You can still access your digital purchases in your account under “orders”.
Print Products
Print books are printed by Lulu and shipped by Lulu.
If you received damaged or defective print books or your order failed to arrive, we are happy to provide a replacement order with free shipping. Please notify us within 30 days of your order’s shipment date.
For physical goods (such as print books), you must provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address, including the recipient’s name. We are not liable for delivering your goods to the wrong address or person because you provide us with inaccurate or incomplete information.
Once your payment is verified and processed, your order can take 3-5 business days to ship. You may receive your order within 5 – 12 working days. Print Book shipping times vary between countries.
Refunds and Returns
Digital Products
Due to the digital nature of our products, Avis Williams does not accept refunds or returns. All sales are final. Before purchasing, please carefully read the product details to ensure compatibility. If you experience any difficulties after purchase, please contact us, and we will try our best to fix the problem.
Print products

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance if returning more expensive items. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Terms of Use
Unless stated, digital and printed products are for personal use only. They may not be sold, copied, distributed, shared, or altered in any way. Do not share these files with anyone else, such as friends and family. They are solely for you as a paying customer.
